Fourteen years ago, RAW Inc was a feather flag, some old ropes and tyres, and a group of people willing to train in a park or a church hall in Chadwell Heath.

Then came a small unit on Crow Lane. A bigger unit next door. And eight years ago, the place we now call home here in Hornchurch.

Every move happened for the same reason. More people wanted proper personal training in Hornchurch, real results, and a friendly, welcoming environment to get them.

Most of the people who train with us today are busy. Careers, kids, diaries that never quite empty. They come to RAW because they want a coach who tells them exactly what to do, checks they’re doing it right, and a room full of people who make them want to come back.
