How It Works....

Whether you're new to exercise or already a fitness addict our 6 week program is the perfect introduction to training with us! We'll take the time to get to know you first, understand your starting point and understand what you're working to achieve, in order to provide the best training and nutrition approach possible.


Then, our Small Group Personal Training sessions will provide the perfect environment of world class coaching, combined with the support and encouragement of our community to help elevate your health and fitness.

Induction Session & Movement Screen
Every fitness journey has a start point and this is yours. We'll assess your starting point and then tailor your program to suit your needs.

Nutrition Support & Goal Setting
We'll build a plan together suited to you, your needs, and your like & dislikes, to get you on the path towards increased physical & mental wellbeing.  

Inbody Body Composition Scan
Track progress with our state of the art body scanner and find out what changes are taking place.

3 x PT Sessions Each Week
Join any of our 9 daily small group personal training sessions and receive top level coaching  focusing on what really matters.

1 x Large Group Fitness Classes Each Week
Drop into our group fitness classes and train in a fun & friendly community environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What If I am A Beginner?

Everybody has to start somewhere and where better than under the watchful eye and direction of our coaching experts.  You could go it alone in a conventional gym, or get a tailored prescription to suit you, your needs and your start point and then be guided through every step of the way ensuring your training is safe and effective. 

What time are the PT sessions?

Our LIFT: Small Group Personal Training sessions run hourly from 6-11am/4-9pm every weekday. You can book into any session allowing you to make training work around your schedule and not the other way around!

How long are the PT sessions?

They last around 50-55minutes and include everything you need to get you fitter, stronger and healthier. We believe in quality over quantity in the gym so you don't need to spend endless hours there to get in shape.

What should I bring?

RAW Inc isn’t a fashion show so comfortable trainers and clothes you can move around freely in are recommended, as well as a drink to stay hydrated. We do have showers and changing facilities if required. 

Is there parking?

Yes, we have parking on site accessible from Vicarage Road.
