Ten Years In The RAW Fam : Matt's Story
Over 10 years ago, Matt was playing a round at Crow Lane Golf Club when he heard our music drifting over from the gym next door. Curiosity got the better of him. He walked into RAW Inc Hornchurch not knowing a single face in the room, and he's been part of the RAW Fam ever since. A decade on, it's hard to imagine group personal training here without him.
An Early Morning Regular, Ten Years Running
Matt's one of our early morning regulars, the kind of member who's been through every version of this gym. New faces coming in, old ones moving on to new chapters, coaches and classes evolving over the years. Through all of it, Matt's been a constant. Along the way he's become a proper mate to more members here than he probably realises.
More Than Just Reps
We love him for the banter before the warm up. The check-ins when someone's missing a session. The friendships that started as small talk between sets and turned into something that lasts well outside these walls.This is the bit that's hard to put on a timetable or a price list. It's what happens when group personal training actually works the way it's meant to, when the people next to you start to matter as much as the workout itself.
