How RAW Inc Tailors Your Personal Training Programme

From your first assessment to your ongoing programming, here's how RAW Inc builds personal training around your body, goals and lifestyle.

Tailoring training properly starts long before you pick up a weight. When someone joins RAW, we spend time understanding what they actually want out of training and what life looks like around it. A parent juggling school runs needs a different plan to someone training for a specific event, even if their goals look similar on paper.

From there, your coach builds your programming around your movement quality, your current strength levels and any limitations you're carrying. This isn't a one off conversation either. Your programme evolves as you do. What you're doing in month one should look different to what you're doing in month six, because you're a different person by then, stronger, more capable and further along.

Coaches track your sessions, your loads and your progress over time, so decisions about when to push harder or when to pull back aren't guesswork. If something isn't working for you, whether that's a movement pattern that doesn't feel right or a schedule that's stopped fitting your week, we adjust it.

The tailoring also shows up in the small things. Coaching cues that land differently depending on how you learn. Session times that fit around your work. A programme built for someone returning after years away from training looking nothing like one built for a former athlete getting back into it.

That's the difference between training somewhere and being coached somewhere.
