Wondering if small group personal training in Hornchurch is really tailored to you?
Here's exactly how RAW Inc keeps every session individual.
It's the question we get asked more than any other. People come to the gym, see a group of six people training together, and assume it must be a watered down version of one to one coaching. It isn't, and here's why.
Every member at RAW starts with a proper assessment. We look at your movement, your goals, your training history and anything that might be holding you back, whether that's an old injury, a packed work schedule or simply not knowing where to start. From that, you get an approach built around you. When you walk into a session, your coach already knows what you're doing that day and why.
The group setting changes the energy in the room, not the content of your training. You'll be working from your plan while the person next to you works from theirs. Your coach is moving between members, correcting your form, adjusting your loads and pushing you exactly as hard as you need pushing, no more and no less.
What the group does give you is something one to one training struggles to replicate: accountability that doesn't rely on willpower alone. Members show up for each other. That consistency, paired with programming built specifically for you, is what actually gets results.
If you've been put off group training in the past because it felt generic, that's a fair concern based on a lot of gyms. It's just not how we run things at RAW.
