What Does A PT Session Look Like?

Central to our approach is our meticulously planned 12-week session programming, divided into three distinct blocks, each lasting four weeks.

At the start of each session we focus on laying a solid foundation for your fitness journey. Every session begins with our Primer—a comprehensive warm-up designed to prepare your body for the workout ahead, specific to the exercises and demands of the session. This segment not only primes your muscles but also mentally prepares you for the workout ahead.


Following the Primer, we dive into our primary lifts. These exercises are carefully selected to develop strength and promote proper technique. Whether you’re new to lifting or a seasoned pro, our coaches provide personalised guidance to ensure you get the most out of every movement.



As we transition into the second block of our workout, our focus shifts towards hypertrophy and volume training. During this phase, we incorporate higher volume work with lower weights, targeting specific muscle groups to promote growth and endurance.

Utilising tempo and strategic rest periods, we maximise time under tension, creating optimal conditions for muscle growth and development. Each session is meticulously planned to challenge your muscles while minimising the risk of injury, ensuring you push your limits safely and effectively.



In the final block of our workout, we emphasise conditioning, which we call ‘Flow’. Each session culminates with our signature Flow segment—a dynamic combination of cardio and functional movements designed to elevate your heart rate and improve aerobic fitness.

By incorporating cardio elements into our workouts, we not only enhance cardiovascular health but also boost overall endurance and stamina.
