Our most successful transformation challenge is open to anyone who is willing to put in the effort needed to strip away unwanted body fat, boost your fitness and improve all round health.

If you are new to Raw Inc you will be required to attend an onboarding session on Sunday 21st April from 11:30-1:30pm. During this session you will be taught all the fundamental skills required to train effectively at Raw Inc including, kettlebell exercises, barbell & dumbbell exercises and also how to use our cardio equipment. This session is compulsory so please make sure you can attend before signing up.

Point One

Opening Seminar

The Challenge begins with an opening seminar where you will be provided with the ins and outs of effective eating for fat loss, as well as be weighed, measured and have optional ‘Before’ photo taken to help track your transformation progress.

Point Two

Training Sessions

3 training sessions a week at RAW Inc are mandatory over the course of the challenge. Every 2 weeks you will have a 121 consultation with your RAW Inc trainer to track your progress and make necessary amendments to your diet plan to maximise results.

Point Three

Staying on Track

Going through the process alongside others makes the process a lot easier and a lot more fun, and the regular consultations help you stay on track to help ensure you are happy at the end of the 8 weeks!.
