Summer Slim Down
On Saturday 29th we kick things off with a nutrition presentation covering the process and how it works. We’ll explain the do and don’ts to give you all the knowledge you need to be successful. This is followed by a consultation with your designated coach to ask any questions you may have, as well as weigh & measure plus take the ‘Before’ photos to match up against the ‘After’ shots taken at the end.
If you’re new to training with us Sunday 30th is a practical onboarding session on the gym floor where you are taught the fundamental exercises we use in our training.
You receive coaching teaching you how to perform them safely and effectively ensuring you maximise your results. We want to ensure everybody coming into sessions has a solid foundation and can feel confident knowing they have the basics in place.
After the opening weekend is complete the Summer Slim Down begins, incorporating a minimum of 3 workout sessions per week (more if you wish) and the tailored nutrition plan you receive the support of the whole coaching team, a private Facebook Slimdown group, plus the added accountability of a halfway point consultation with your coach to check on your progress and kick things on for the following 2 weeks!
We wrap things up on July 27th with a final 121 consultation to see how far you’ve progressed plus the ‘After’ photos, leaving you ready to feel confident and happy heading into summer!
