Big Lifts Heavy Weights No Egos.

A weights focused class combined with conditioning work to provide a fully rounded approach to training. Using big lifts such as Squats, Deadlifts and the Overhead Press as well as hard hitting conditioning work with the farmers walk, tyre flipping and rope climbs to name a few we aim to build stronger and fitter individuals.

This class is not just for men but women also want to kick ass lifting some iron with a workout that will get your body strong and lean in no time.

Class Formats

Saturday Tech Introduction Class: Safety always comes first when the weights are out so the technique of the barbell lifts is covered in our Saturday 11.30am 30minute session, and will need to be practiced safely before being put into action in the main RAW Iron sessions.

Saturday Strongman/Women Class: These Saturday 9am sessions focus on a mix of strength and conditioning work putting into practice the higher skill lifts developed at the Tech sessions combined with low skill back to basic moves such as tyre flipping and yoke carries.

Monday/ Wednesday sessions: These sessions are based on developing the skills learnt during the Tech Introduction classes, by incorporating them into higher intensity workouts to develop strength, fitness and build a healthier leaner physique.

TO ATTEND THE 8PM WEEKDAY & 9AM SATURDAY SESSIONS YOU MUST HAVE CLEARENCE FROM A RAW TRAINER TO CONFIRM YOU ARE PROFICIENT IN THE BASIC BARBELL EXERCISES. YOU MAY BE ‘UNBOOKED’ FROM THE SESSION IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CONFIRMATION.
