Hard Work & Consistency = Progress!
After years of smoking things I shouldn’t and a daily intake of Junk Food, I decided I needed to do something. I had tried various diets and exercise regimes none of which really worked.
Then a friend recommended getting a personal trainer. I found Tom White. With his help and advice and the support of the RAW Inc family pushing me hard I started to see and feel a difference. After some 121 personal training sessions I then felt comfortable to move across into their classes which have been great. The motivation and comradery amongst the other members is great and really helps push you on when you’re struggling or things get difficult.
Having spent some time in the group classes I then decided to take up the April 8 Week Challenge which helped me get my eating right to go with my existing training regime, and the results were extremely pleasing.
RAW Inc gave me the tools to move forward with my health and fitness in an environment where I never felt out of place and where the formula is easy to follow, hard work & consistency = progress.
I would happily recommend them to anyone, they all have the same goal and dedication to make you feel better about yourself and put you on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
