I did the 21 day challenge. I found recipes easy to follow and got into it, with Chloe and Tom's help on hand if i needed it. I lost 8lbs and 8 and half inches in 21 days. Could not believe how much energy I had and I'm stillsticking to it. It has changed the way I look at food.
If I can do it, so can you. It will be the best thing you ever do.
